Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Black Vault Gaming! We offer unparalleled service, yet there are some exceptions to what we can return/refund. Please see our refund policy below:

Returns and Exchanges: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold through our website. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

Exceptional Cases: In extremely rare situations where a return must be made, we will assess the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please note that such exceptions are subject to the following conditions:

a. Unopened Items: Only unopened items with an intact seal will be eligible for consideration for return.

b. Shipping Responsibility: In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

 

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued for the product's cost minus any shipping charges incurred.

Damaged Packages: We guarantee the safe delivery of all items ordered. If you’ve received a damaged package, we are here to help! We ask that you please refrain from opening the damaged package you received, and instead send us an email containing a picture of the package and a brief description of the damage. If you have opened a package and the items inside appear to be damaged, please avoid breaking the product’s seal and send us a picture of the damaged items right away. Damaged product that has had its seal tampered with or destroyed intentionally may be excluded from being covered under our policy. Please note: We do not cover items that are reported as stolen or missing from packages that appear to have been opened, tampered with, or otherwise interfered with during transit. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim for mail theft or damage. Manufacturer Defects: If you have received a sealed trading card game product and find it is missing items, has a printing error, or included unrelated cards or pieces, we highly recommend contacting the respective manufacturer in regards to the error. We are not responsible for manufacturing errors made with the products we sell, and are unable to provide replacements for any missing cards or parts in a sealed product. For products manufactured by Wizard of the Coast, we recommend looking into their product replacement form and appropriate article containing information handle product errors related to their products. For products manufactured by the Pokémon Trading Card Game company, we recommend referring to this article for the necessary steps. For products made by other manufacturers, it’s recommended to reach out via their respective support channel and to follow the appropriate steps they have provided for manufacturer errors and defects.
