Thank you for choosing to shop at Black Vault Gaming! We always strive to offer unparalleled service and knowledge. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review an outline of our Order & Pre-Order Policy below:
Order & Pre-Order Sales:
Please note that all orders & pre-orders sales are FINAL. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing your order.
Order Alterations and Cancellations:
Should you need to make any necessary alterations or cancel your preorder, please be aware that a 10% service fee will apply.
Price Increases:
Please be aware that market prices may fluctuate after your purchase. If the price of an item increases after your purchase, rest assured that your order will be protected, and you will not be subject to any price increase. Your order will remain at the price it was when you made the purchase and THE PRICE WILL NOT INCREASE BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM.
Price Decreases:
While we always try to provide you with the best deals possible, we are unable to change the price of your purchased item to match any subsequent price reductions in the market/on our site. Please understand that WE DO NOT ALTER PURCHASED ITEM PRICING, regardless of whether market pricing goes up or down.
Mixed Orders:
If an order contains an item labeled as a pre-order, that order will not be shipped until all items within that order have become available for processing. To receive your items promptly, we highly recommend placing preorders separately from other preorder items that share a different scheduled release date. It's also recommended to purchase pre-orders separately from items that have already been released. This will ensure that any items purchased are shipped without delay. If you would like to receive all of your items together in one package, please note that you will not see an update to tracking until the last remaining item within the order has released. The release dates for pre-order items may be found on the respective product page of the preorder item under it's description.
Promotional Items:
Please make note that promotional promo items not mentioned within the product description will not be included with your order. In the case of a product including a promo within the sealed packaging, those will be included as expected.
Local Pickups:
We process local pickup orders during the business hours of 12PM-8PM between Monday and Saturday & 12PM-6PM Sunday, excluding major holidays. Pickup orders placed will be ready within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. If for some reason your order is not ready after 24 hours of placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us via email (bvaultgaming@gmail.com) and we will figure out why your order was delayed!
Local Preorders:
Pre-orders made for local pickup will be ready for pickup as soon as our store opens for business on release day/prerelease day respectively. Orders containing pre-order items may not be processed and prepared for pickup until all items within the order have released.
Fraud Alert System:
At Black Vault Gaming, we use a Fraud Alert System powered by an unbiased third party that makes risk assumptions through our system to protect our customers and business. Orders may be flagged and canceled if the system detects potential issues, such as mismatched billing and shipping information, use of VPNs or web proxies, multiple payment attempts, or a past chargeback with our payment processor. If your order is flagged, it will be canceled, as we are unable to fulfill it unless it passes this system. Please note that this is an automated process, and we may not always have specific details about why an order was flagged.
If your order is canceled due to a fraud alert, it will be automatically restocked per our policy, and we cannot guarantee availability for reorder if the item sells out. To help prevent this, make sure your billing and shipping information match and place your order using a web browser directly through our site. Moving forward, please ensure your order details align to avoid flagging, as we’re unable to assist further with repeated cancellations. Market Pricing and Order Integrity:
Black Vault Gaming generally prices cards at TCG market, with updates made automatically by our system. Be advised: if we determine your order is intentionally taking advantage of drastic market changes before our system updates, it will be subject to cancellation at our discretion. Additionally, excessive buyouts may also be subject to reduction or cancellation at our discretion. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a fair purchasing environment.
